**JOB DESCRIPTION**

1) To be responsible for the ordering of required stock for the department incharged
2) To ensure frozen, meat and seafood foods are properly displayed at all times
3) To ensure all frozen, meat and seafood foods are properly filled up at all times
4) To ensure stock in department are being ordered in time, taking into consideration of the delivery lead time, so that there is always sufficient supply
5) To check and recommend Slow Moving Items for deletion
6) To monitor sales off take and adjusting order quantity to ensure NO OVER STOCK or OUT OF STOCK situation
7) To ensure staff under his supervision are properly trained and work according to job duties, Standard Operating Procedures and Guidelines
8) To plan for efficient management his department and efficient Manpower allocation
9) To ensure proper display of all POP
10) To consistently check and ensure all items displayed are with correct pricings
11) Proactively working with team to maximize sales for his department

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**

2) Requires Language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
3) Minimum 2 Year(s) working experience in retail industry (hypermarket) is a MUST for this position
4) Requires Skills(s): Purchasing, Merchandising, Stock Display, Stock Control and Management
5) Preferably experienced with minimum 2 Year(s) working as Supervisor for Hypermarket in Frozen, Meat & Seafood Department
6) Only those working experience in the above departments in retail industry need to apply

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
