At Hegira, we believe finance is strategic. As our Accounts Payable Executive, you'll manage more than invoices. You’ll safeguard our cashflow, collaborate across departments (internal) and external parties and work directly with leadership. You'll be part of a growing company under ENDA Group, with clear paths to expand your role into broader finance or operational leadership.
- **Job Scope**_
- End to end vendor payment process
- Weekly & monthly cashflow visibility and reporting
- Reconciliation of accounts, payment schedules and vendor terms
- Internal collaboration with other relevant departments
- External liaison with vendors, partners and auditors
- Financial documentation, accuracy and audit readiness
- Insights and reporting to support Senior Finance and CEO for strategic decisions

- Have 3 - 5 years’ experience in Accounts Payable or similar finance roles
- Are fast, accurate and dependable with strong ownership
- Can manage complex workflows while staying proactive and calm
- Communicate clearly and confidently with all stakeholders
- Are skilled in finance systems (Auto Count, SQL, Xero, etc.)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
