JOB REQUIREMENT
- Possess Bachelor Degree / Professional Degree/ Master in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
- Certificate in Legal Practice - CLP / Bar will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years’ post qualified experience in a Malaysian legal firm and/or as an in
- house counsel.
- Strong working knowledge of Malaysian Commercial Laws & Practice.
- Experienced in corporate and litigation matters.
- Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia as document was from China so will need translate.
- Possess strong communication, analytical, drafting and research skills with pleasant personality and good work ethics.
- Excellent interpersonal skill and communication skills.
- Able to work independently, high committed, responsible and dependable.
- Proficient in MS Office and PC skills.
- Draft, vet, peruse and provide legal advice and opinions on all forms of agreements, letters, proposals contracts and other documents on all areas of law and to carry out legal research when required.
- Monitor and maintain all legal file records, contracts, company legal documents, property titles, etc and filling where necessary.
- Arrange for execution and signing of legal documents, stamping and distribution of contracts and documents to respective parties.
- Advise management on Corporate Governance and Compliance issues and the relevant laws and carry out research as and when required.
- Monitor, coordinate and handle litigation matters which include taking instructions from management, liaising, corresponding and preparing written instructions to external lawyers and consultants.
- Attend meetings, liaise with Management and internal customers and external parties which include external lawyers, external company secretaries, auditors on related matters and transactions.
- Conduct necessary legal research to keep abreast of applicable laws and regulations, and ensure observance of Corporate Governance.
- Provide legal support on the business activities of the Group as well as its related companies.
- Assist superior in all legal matters including conveyance, advisory, litigation and dispute resolution for the Group as well as its related companies.
- Any other duties and assignments as assigned by the superior or Management.

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
