Job Title**:Marketing Executive**

Location: Happy Garden, Kuala Lumpur

Working Hour: Mon-Fri: 9.30am-6.30pm

**Salary**: RM 3,000-RM4,000

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. The Marketing Executive will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to promote our brand and drive sales. This role requires a creative thinker with strong analytical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a passion for promoting sexual health and wellness.

**Job responsibilities**:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, market penetration, and product adoption.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.

3. Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, preferences, and insights, and use findings to inform marketing strategies and product development.

4. Manage the creation and production of marketing collateral, including packaging, advertising materials, promotional content, and online assets.

5. Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance metrics, such as ROI, conversion rates, and customer engagement, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.

6. Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, distributors, influencers, and industry partners, to drive partnerships and collaborations.

7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements related to sexual health products and ensure compliance with relevant standards and guidelines.

8. Support sales efforts by providing marketing materials, training, and promotional support to sales teams and distributors.

**Job requirements**:

- Must be able to speak and write in Mandarin
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or consumer goods industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
