**Key Responsibilities**:
**Accounting Functions**:

- Manage full set of accounts including General Ledger, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Perform bank reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end closing activities.
- Issue invoices, monitor collections, and manage payment cycles.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

**Finance Functions**:

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements and management reports.
- Monitor company cash flow and assist in financial forecasting and budgeting.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights for business decision-making.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, and government bodies
- Ensure timely submission of tax, statutory, and regulatory filings.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SQL, UBS, AutoCount).
- Solid understanding of Malaysian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

**Added Advantages**:

- Knowledge in handling SST submissions and costing (if applicable).

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
