**Responsibilities**:

- Handle all social media interactions, assisting customers with service issues, engaging them in contests and content to drive positive feedback, and monitoring brand sentiment and reputation.
- Moderate content and engage members on our community forum.
- Identify trending issues and report them promptly to the team leader.
- Assist with social media coverage of events, both on-ground and remotely.
- Support ad-hoc projects and tasks related to social media and customer care.
- Edit, proofread, and distribute content across multiple channels.

**Requirements**:
To excel in this role, you should have:

- A diploma from an accredited institution with 2-3 years of customer service experience in the telecommunications industry preferred.
- Experience and knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube & LinkedIn.
- Ability to handle 2 to 3 concurrent chats when providing support.
- Understanding of Social Media Marketing is a plus point.
- Ability to work independently and with initiative.
- Excellent English comprehension and writing skills (SPM or SPTM with at least a B grade).
- Emotional intelligence and empathy towards customers.
- Ability to work fixed hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, and willingness to work overtime when required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
