Beauty Therapist/ Aesthetician Sales Executive

WE ARE HIRING BEAUTY THERAPIST CUM SALES EXEC (IMMEDIATE HIRING)

Location : LOT L3-22A, KL ECO CITY MALL, BANGSAR, Kuala Lumpur

Operation time : 9am-6pm (Monday - Saturday)

Profession : Diploma in Business or Marketing, Registered Nurse Employment,Professional Pharmacy Certification, Any Professional Certification

Type : Full time

Salary (BASIC) 2500 - 3000 per month depending on experience

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Keeping the clinic clean and maintain the instruments/equipment in good condition. Perform daily clerical, logístical & administrative support to clinic i.e stock checks and panel key in.
- Accepting drug and product from vendor and Ordering stocks and maintain good inventory.
- In charge of dealing with the suppliers for any new products introduction and on going orders.
- Checking expiry of all drug related stocks.
- Patient registration and dispensary.
- Consulting patient about post treatment sessions and beauty including skin drug related prescribed by Doctor. Also supporting the Beauty consultant on daily task. ( supporting the Beauty Consultant)
- Explaining post care and follow up with patients post treatment.
- Sending reminder for appointments.
- You will be trained to assist on beauty treatment and assisting Doctor with procedure in aesthetic
- Bonus: able to do sales for services packages. (Commissions given based on sales performance).
- Must be able to do calls, looking for clients and booking patient appointment and sending reminders for appt to patient.
- Perform medical and aesthetic related works supporting the doctor and beauty consultant.
- Assisting Doctor in charge (Aesthetic/GP) and attending to patients' inquiries in the clinic or at the clients establishment
- Helping the clinic on marketing/screening campaign.
- Basic accounting and reporting for daily financial update.

**REQUIREMENT**
- Minimum Education Level:Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Certification
- Minimum Years of Experience: Entry level or 1 year
- Technical Skills or Particular Experience:General Practice and Aesthetic, Microsoft Office, Internet, (computer skills), basic accounting knowledge
- Soft Skills:Fluent in English, Bahasa, Willing to learn, Honest, responsible, Good communication skills, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Good work ethics, good PR and Marketing skills. Must be pleasant with neat appearance.

EXPERIENCE IN HANDLING AESTHETIC CLINIC & GOOD SALES & NEGOTIATION SKILLS IS A PLUS POINT++
