Attend client-consultant meeting with Design Director
- Prepare moodboards to convey interior design intention
- Prepare project quotation BQ for Director
- Develop design ideas for junior designers to visualize using 3dmax/equivalent software
- Prepare Autocad drawings (layout plans, fit out & carpentry drawings) when necessary
- brief In house designer / freelancer 2D & 3D drawings when necessary
- liaise with suppliers & sub contractors for quotation before site work commencement
- liaise with Director's PA for decision-making meeting with Director
- prepare site Work Schedule and ensure project delivery within stipulated timeframe
- proactive in identifying & highlighting urgent & critical issues first
- oversee project from initial up to site handover
- site supervision to ensure craftmanship quality
- proactive in site reporting to Director / Director’s PA

**Job Requirements**
- Proficient in space planning, moodboards, 3D renderings, and detailed drawings
- Minimum 2 years of working experience
- Proficient in Autocad, 3D Max, Photoshop & Microsoft Office
- Able to accept constructive criticisms and comments
- Able to communicate effectively internally and externally
- Able to converse in english, bahasa or mandarin

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
