IT Supervisor

We are looking for energetic and passionate person to manage / lead our outsourcing and technical teams.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Manage a portfolio of Outsourcing clients which will involve on and off site client meetings.
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients.
- Assist clients in proposing shift schedules / coverage and at the same time, ensure costs is within stipulated budget.
- Preparation of yearly budget and forecasts for Outsource and Technical teams
- Plan and/or undertake business development activities to increase revenue and company profile and ensure yearly revenue target is achieved.
- Supervise and mentor team members.
- Manage Technical team's repair and onsite support activities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
