IT Technician

1. Testing on new hardware and software
2. Support for IT Department and help to manage awarded project. If required, you need to go outstation for installation and delivery anywhere in Malaysia
3. Responsible for end-to-end installation process to ensure a smooth installation experience for customers
4. Handling cases that have been assigned and completed within the planned timeline.
5. Communicate, interact and entertain customers question in a polite and professional manner
6. Provide after-sale services and support with the highest standard of professionalism and efficiency to achieve total customer satisfaction.
7. Conduct training for awarded project.
8. Post social media and related.
9. General Worker include back up Technician jobs.
10. Runner
11. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management
