PROCUREMENT EXECUTIVE

**SCOPE OF WORK**

To prepare tender / quotation / purchase order.
To liaise with clients and various agency.
To liaise with site team on project progress.
To assist in finance and office documentations.

**REQUIREMENTS**

Bachelor’s degree **or** Diploma in geomatics, **or** equivalent.
Fresh graduate and SPM leavers are welcome to apply.
Solid knowledge and understanding of procurement processes, policy, and systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills English and Bahasa.
Minimum 1 year experience as a procurement officer or related position.
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (World,
PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel).
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
Ability to read and understand survey drawing.
Sound knowledge in Construction and CAD.

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Attendance bonus
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Subang Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
