Carton '¢ Routine checks and preventative maintenance of equipment '¢ Startup and close down of their machine as necessary '¢ Assemble goods on production lines - Die cut setting, pilling, tying, wrapping, glueing, assembly, labelling, slitting, slotting semi auto-setting '¢ Assembly carton and nesting '¢ Printing and feed raw material into machine '¢ Loading and unloading material '¢ Product labeling and inspection of final product '¢ Reporting issues when they arise '“ this should be done quickly to minimize any impact on the efficiency of production '¢ Quality checks of their equipment, process or product in accordance with the site's quality requirements '¢ Forklift usage for unloading or Loading Product or material '¢ Internal materials checking '¢ To maintain high level of 5'S including housekeeping and sanitation. '¢ Store goods and raw materials properly in our warehouse '¢ To follow all Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) when performing production. Crate '¢ Conducting machine safety check each day. '¢ Setting up manufacturing machine and equipment. '¢ Manage inventory following established guidelines and procedures including labeling, nailing, drill, tying, wrapping, and locating parts, picking parts from appropriate locations specified, work order recording and communicating inventory levels. '¢ Use a variety of hand and power tools following appropriate methods and procedures to prepare products and other items for shipment like material spray, indentify crate measurement, palletizing, dry ice packing, create foam box, cutting and box packing. '¢ Forklift usage for unloading or loading product or material. '¢ Arrange crates and spool that had been cleaned. '¢ Receive lead frame incoming with correct document and make sure the crate in good condition. '¢ Record, buy off and prepare buy off lead frame to be send out. '¢ Inspection for all stock. '¢ Handle chemical storage and placement. '¢ Reporting issues when they arise '“ this should be done quickly to minimize any impact on the efficiency of production '¢ To maintain high level of 5'S including housekeeping and sanitation. '¢ To follow all Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) when performing production.
