**Department Objective**
- To expand brand awareness to customers
- Support all stakeholders’ initiatives and delivering the right message, to the right audience, through the right medium, at the right place and time

**Role Objective**
- To assist on monthly marketing campaigns execution for all sales channels (Store, Online & Direct Sales) with promotions/activities.
- Support on ad hoc campaign execution
- Monthly & ad hoc campaign execution
- Liaising with external vendors and agencies (e.g., printers, event organizers, graphic designers, advertising agencies, media outlets) to ensure their work meets the organization's requirements, deadlines, and budget.
- Liaising with stakeholders to develop campaigns and materials to help them achieve their sales goals.
- Equipped stores with communication materials before campaign launch (Catalogue, leaflet, hanging mobile, video materials, etc)
- Fulfilment on price ticket requirement for all stores ensuring they have sufficient materials to publish in promoting our products.
- Research, write and brief related department on design or content for sales collateral that is effective and appropriate for the intended audience.

**Job Requirement**
- Pursuing Diploma/ Degree in business/ marketing/ advertising or equivalent
- No working experience are also encourage to apply
- Knowledge on Social media, E-Commerce, Google Analytics, or AdWords is a plus
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Enthusiastic, creative, well-organized, technical savvy, think out of the box attitude
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast pace working environment
- Ability to handle and prioritise multiple tasks simultaneously
- High level of business ethics and integrity
- Able communicate clearly with a variety of people at all levels

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM600.00 - RM800.00 per month
