Yarn Calculation Specialist

**Responsibilities**:

- Calculate yarn quantities for orders based on production needs by using yarn consumption formulas, weight calculations, and production standards to create accurate yarn order quantities.
- Coordinate with the yarn procurement team to schedule and manage yarn stock arrivals
- Collaborate with production planners to optimize material usage and reduce waste.
- Maintain an accurate record of yarn inventory and usage by monitoring yarn stock levels, forecast future needs, and assist in the procurement process to ensure a consistent yarn supply.
- Assist in the preparation of yarn for order processing and ensure timely delivery
- Maintain accurate records of yarn consumption data, calculations, and orders.
- Perform any other related tasks as needed

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in Excel (essential for managing calculations and data)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks under tight deadlines
- Effective communication and coordination skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,400.00 per month
