**Job description**

Junior Quantity Surveyor (Interior Design Industry)
- Preparation of BQ, variation orders, cost estimate, cost control and budgeting.
- Negotiation skill
- Join tender meeting,site visit
- General administration (Documentation & Filing)
- Required Skill(s): presentation skills, communication skill
- Attending client consultants meeting, project meeting and site valuation when necessary.
- Liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers
- Able to work independently.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the INTERIOR DESIGN is required for this position
- Fluent in spoken & written English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Skills: Microsoft Excel & Microsoft office etc.
- Full-Time position
