To update the status of all ordered CARGO OR GOODS and ensure shipments are scheduled, planned, and delivered on time, and meet specifications as stipulated in the purchasing document, i.e.: Purchase Order (PO) / Release Order (RO) / Manual Confirmation Order (MCO) / Service Order (SO) with materials.
- To plan and perform materials delivery execution through monitoring, communicating and issuance of reminders to COMPANY vendors / sub-vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and no disruption to operations.
- Shall in conjunctions with the COMPANY’s vendor, to review and familiarize the delivery schedule and any other relevant documents to enable him to efficiently monitor the delivery of the materials and / or equipment and thereby ensure Vendors compliance to meet PO delivery date.
- To record any correspondence with COMPANY vendors and sub-vendors on current delivery status. In the event of changes to delivery date, Expeditor shall forward justification for late delivery for the COMPANY’s evaluation. The COMPANY will notify its decision to the CONTRACTOR and the CONTRACTOR shall act accordingly to affect the new delivery date.
- To notify COMPANY Representatives, from time to time, and promptly report any anticipated delays or backlogs for any reason whatsoever and recommend appropriate remedial actions thereto.
- To recommend COMPANY Representatives procedural ideas in respect of the performance of the expediting services with a view to maximize its effectiveness.
- To identify types of dangerous goods and determine the transportation requirements.
- To expedite all CARGO OR GOODS PO/RO issued to vendors whenever required including Criticism of Material (COM) replacement CARGO OR GOODS.
- To generate relevant reports, follow-up delivery to suppliers, conduct analysis and recommend and carry-out necessary action against COMPANY vendors and sub-vendors based on the delivery performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 3 years experience in Supervisor level (advantage if.
- Professional qualification in logistic and freight forwarding environment).
- Professional qualification in Freight Forwarding or Logistic is an added advantage.

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekend jobs

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Labuan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Logistics: 1 year (preferred)
- freight forwarding: 1 year (preferred)
