Ipoh, Malaysia Perak Community Specialist Hospital Full time

**Main Responsibilities and Duties**

1. To ensure that processes needed for the quality management system are established implemented and maintained.

2. To define the systems established within the hospital’s quality management system for monitoring, measurement, analysis and improvement of processes in the provision of PCSH services.

3. To report to top management on the performance of the quality management system and any need for improvement.

4. To ensure the promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the organisation.

5. To review the hospital quality management system periodically:
- To ensure the quality system is in a state of compliance to the MS ISO 9001:2008 standard
- To assess the effectiveness and suitability of the quality system in satisfying the company’s quality policy and objectives
- To assess opportunities for improvement and need for changes

6. To review the organisation’s quality management system at planned intervals to ensure its continuing suitability, adequacy and effectiveness.

7. To review and update as necessary the document changes request.

8. To ensure all quality system documentation is prepared, approved, issued and amended in a controlled manner and where applicable all obsolete quality system documentation is promptly removed from points of issue or use.

9. To ensure that changes and the current revision status of documents are available at points of use and prevent unintended use of obsolete documents.

10. To ensure that quality objectives and performance indicators are established at relevant functions and levels within the organisation and records of it measurement is maintains.

11. To direct the respective department’s activities and such objectives be monitored for its effectiveness in meeting with customer requirements.

12. To plan and implement the internal audits at planned intervals and maintain the records of the audits and report the results to the top management.

13. To maintain records of non-conforming products and review the corrective action taken to ensure that nonconformities do not recur. Records of the results of action taken shall be reported to the top management.

14. To ensure records generated by the hospital quality system are systematically controlled and maintained.

15. To ensure that all department identity and determine customer needs and expectations to plan the necessary sequence of processes required with aim of achieving customer satisfaction.

16. To provide a system and to assign responsibilities for identifying, documenting, evaluating and making a decision of a non-conforming product or service.

17. To maintain confidentiality of privileged information.

18. To document and update all process and planned activities in the department.

19. To submit incident/accident/non-conformance reports on any non-conformance incurred in the respective department.

20. To ensure all forms used in PCSH are prepared, approved, issued and amended in a controlled manner and where applicable all obsolete forms are promptly removed from points of issue or use.

21. To ensure that the department complies with existing hospital policies on security, safety, human resource, legal, health and all other statutory requirements.

22. To perform any other additional duties, responsibility, assignments, or projects as assigned or delegated by direct superior or higher management team as and when the need arises.

**Qualification & Experience**
- Minimum with Diploma in any field
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience as QMR
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Independent and proactive

**Salary**: From RM1,800.00 per month
