Location **:Persiaran Eco Perindustrian 2**
- Assist in basic food preparation such as peeling, cutting, and portioning ingredients.
- Wash, clean, and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.
- Ensure all kitchen and storage areas are clean, organized, and comply with hygiene standards.
- Receive, unpack, and store food supplies appropriately.
- Dispose of kitchen waste properly and follow waste separation procedures.
- Assist chefs and kitchen staff during meal preparation and service.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines (e.g. food handling, temperature logs).
- Refill kitchen supplies (soap, towels, etc.) and notify supervisor of stock shortages.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Head Chef or Supervisor.
- Shift work, including weekends and public holidays.
- Exposure to heat, noise, and cleaning chemicals.
