Projecthaus PLT is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Education Advisor to guide students in making informed decisions about their higher education journey. This role involves student consultations, lead generation, and marketing support to drive student enrollment. If you have a strong understanding of university programs and enjoy helping students achieve their academic goals, we want you on our team

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Student Consultation & Recruitment**:

- Conduct one-on-one consultations with students and parents, advising them on universities, courses, and career paths
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and institutional partners

**Marketing & Lead Generation**:

- Generate new student leads through social media, digital marketing, and partnerships with schools and tuition centers
- Participate in education fairs, open days, webinars, and school visits to promote study opportunities
- Work closely with the marketing team to create engaging content and promotional campaigns

**Administrative Support**:

- Maintain and update student inquiry records and CRM databases
- Provide weekly reports on student recruitment progress and conversion rates
- Stay updated with university programs, scholarships, and industry trends to provide accurate advice

**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools
- Familiarity with social media marketing and digital lead generation
- Willingness to travel for school visits, education fairs, and events
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (additional languages are a plus)
