**Responsibilities**:

- Meet regularly with property owners or investors to determine priorities for improvement
- Regularly inspect the property for needed improvements and upkeep
- Monitor retail operating costs, budgets and resources
- Prioritize and schedule repairs and maintenance
- Create staff schedules for workweek and night coverage Supervise and lead all maintenance processes and operations.
- Source, hire and train helpers and maintenance staff
- Track all material and tool expenses
- Always maintain a well-groomed and clean building appearance
- Utilize approved outside contractors for larger jobs
- Create and implement maintenance procedures.
- Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives

You will also be required to lead and develop a team of Facility Managers and all Operation personnel within the mall business to drive up the overall value of properties under management. You will also be required to provide tenants relations services as needed to increase the revenue of the mall.
