**Responsibilities**:

- Process supplier invoices, employee expenses claim, cash advance, credit card and petty cash effectively and timely and ensure all G/L account code, cost centre are correctly classified and input
- Ensure payment due date is correct in system in order to be able to provide AP Aging report when request by superior.
- Timely and accurate AP payments in accordance with payment term and company policy.
- Perform 3 way matching of invoices to purchase order and delivery order/ receiving report.
- Report and highlight to superior on any non-compliance of procedures and / or anomalies of claim or expenses.
- Ensure all Invoices included recurring service invoices, monthly bills are key-in on time. Post accrual for recurring service invoices, monthly bills that not received invoice based on recurring amount.
- Ensure receive discount from supplier by making payment on time (for supplier with early payment discount). Discuss with superior if tight cash flow to pay Vendor with discount.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum Degree holder preferably in Accountancy or Business Administration.
- At least 3 years related working experiences.
- Able to speak and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage diverse range of assigned work.
- Competent in Microsoft Office Excel, ERP accounting software programmes.
- Positive working attitudes, responsible and self-discipline.
- Able to work independently.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
