Style Advisor

We are currently seeking a Style Advisor who will report to the Assistant Store Manager as part of our dynamic team.

**How you will contribute**:

- Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service.
- Provide weekly stock check to Warehouse Supervisor
- Provide weekly report on sales, ideas of improvement to Operating Manager
- Achieving established goals.
- Directing customers to merchandise within the store.
- Increasing in store sales.
- Superior product knowledge.
- Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the store.
- Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers.
- Cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts.
- Maintaining the presentation of the store, products, signage and displays.

**Who you are**:

- Minimum one year relevant in retail
- Possess initiative, meticulous and details oriented
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision and guidance
- Ability to communicate in Malay and English.
- Must be able to work according to Retail Shifts, Weekend and Public Holiday
- Customer service experience will be of valuable

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

- Rotational shift

- Setapak: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
