We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the e-Invoicing project. This role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, managing client relationships, and ensuring smooth project delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients to understand e-Invoicing requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct client meetings (online or face-to-face) to gather information and address challenges.
- Prepare functional specifications and delegate documentation tasks as needed.
- Handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
- Work closely with technical teams to understand frameworks, business logic, and technical challenges.
- Provide insights and support for the implementation of government-mandated e-Invoicing rollouts.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience with e-Invoicing or similar projects.
- Ability to manage client relationships and resolve issues effectively.
- Strong documentation and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of customization processes and project management methodologies.
- Understanding of business logic and technical frameworks is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related fields.

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience with Collections and Recovery Management systems.
- Familiarity with retail or banking collection systems.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,849.41 - RM15,000.00 per month
