Homestay Cleaner

**Position: Homestay Cleaner (Based in Melaka)**
**Job details**

**Salary**: RM 1,500 - RM 2,000 a month
, Permanent

1. Change bed linen and make beds
2. Replace used towels
3. Sweep and mop floors
4. Vacuum carpets/floors
5. Dust furniture
6. Replenish bath care products (e.g. soap and shampoo)
7. Clean kitchen and bathroom
8. Clean public areas, like corridors
9. Report any technical issues and maintenance needs
10. Address guests’ queries (e.g. on additional services)
11. Help guests retrieve lost items
12. Ensure all assigned units are clean and tidy by the end of the shift
13. Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices
14. Any other task assigned by the Reservation / Operation Manager

**Requirements**:
1. Experienced in cleaning jobs, preferably in the hospitality industry
2. Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
3. Customer-oriented and friendly
4. Prioritization and time management skills
5. Working quickly without compromising quality
6. Knowledge of English and Bahasa Melayu language
7. Fit and in good health
8. Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and whenever required
9. Possess own transportation
