**Primary Objective**:

- Responsible to contribute for acceleration of Digital Transformation programmes for the Bank
- Taking the role of Scrum Master to serve the Product Owner and Squad team to adopt Agile principles and core values as the approach to deliver business values.
- Facilitates Scrum activities, setup dashboards and tooling required for the Squad.
- Promotes team dynamics towards self-organized team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage projects in Medium and Large size
- Develop project execution plan based on industry best practices to meet the project objectives.
- Manage and track the execution of project tasks, risk, issues, dependencies, action items and vendor deliverables.
- Prepare regular updates or reports by collating data, analyzing trends and summarizing the information to provide comprehensive status of project execution at Department level, Project Working Group, Project Steering Committee or Group Level Committees.
- Engage with Business and Technical members directly to understand, provide direction and support for completion of tasks.
- Initiate procurement process and overall tracking of project financial when required
- Manage vendor deliverables, performance and outcome
- Ensure compliance to all processes, audit and risk matters in the execution of IT Projects.
- Delivery manager also taking the role of Scum Master
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coaching the squad in self-organization and cross-functionality
- Removing impediments to the squad’s progress
- Setup appropriate Scrum boards, reports and resources in the collaboration tools (ie. JIRA and Confluence) in order to provide visibility of Squad’s progress and outcome.
- Requirements

**Requirements**:
Bachelor Degree - Computer Science, IT, Information System, Engineering, Science, Business or any related discipline.
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Certified Scrum Master
- Min. 4 years of relevant experience as project lead, project manager or scrum master in IT systems project
- Financial institution, insurance, telecommunication or relevant industry
- Leadership
- Lead Medium to Large scale in project planning, execution, risk management and issue resolution
- Business
- Good business acumen and ability to execute project implementation in full alignment with business objectives and priority.
- Technical
- Expertise in system integration and software development life cycle
- Excellent track records in implementation of Agile practices

- Excellent presentation skillset at senior management level
