Job Title: Warehouse Assistant

Location: Masai, Johor Bahru

Division/Department: Warehouse Department
Reports to: Warehouse Assistant Manager

Level/Salary Range: RM1800 - RM2100
Position Type: Full - Time

**QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in warehouse inventory management.
- Acquire Driving Forklift Experience. **(Forklift Certificates are preferred.)**:

- Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia to work as a team.
- Able to Read & Write for Documentation.
- Proven time management and prioritizing skills, ability to work in a team and coordinate the work within the team.
- Good attitude & willing to learn.
- Possess own transport.

**ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Perform Warehouse Tasks as per below:

- Picking & Packing Cargo
- Consolidate of Receiving & Retrieving Cargo
- Handling In & Out of Cargo by using Forklift
- Loading & Unloading from Trucks or Containers
- Location Planning for Receiving Cargo
- Assist on Preparation Export Container Shipments
- Transit of Cargo for In-House Operations
- Stacking & Storing of Cargos in designated areas & ensure proper indication of correct location for Warehouse Admin to key-in Inventory Management System.
- Perform routine Maintenance Checking for the forklifts, such as inspect forklift components, oiling and greasing parts, and reporting any malfunctions.
- Follow safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Reports any damages or discrepancies to supervisors if found before Loading & Unloading.
- Maintain the standards of Conditions, Hygiene & Security of the stocks & environment inside Warehouse.
- Indicate accurate count of services applied for every shipment in Gatepass for every shipment.
- Maintain accurate records/documentation for Internal Equipment Stock List.
- Conduct Weekly Stock Take and report to Warehouse Supervisor / Executive for Overtime Weekly.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including attendance, punctuality, and break schedules.
- Do any other duties as assigned by Warehouse Superior from time to time.

**WORKING HOURS**
- Monday - Friday (8.30AM - 5.30PM)
- Alternate Saturday in 2 weeks once (8.30AM - 12.30PM)
- Lunch Hour (12.30PM - 1.30PM) except Saturday
