2. Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure equipment operates optimally.

3. Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.

4. Monitor equipment performance, conduct inspections, and conduct regular maintenance checks.

5. Provide technical support to internal teams and end-users regarding equipment operation and maintenance.

6. Respond to service requests, diagnose issues, and resolve technical problems efficiently.

7. Utilize diagnostic tools and techniques to identify and troubleshoot equipment and system failures.

8. Perform repairs and replacements of faulty components or parts.

9. Conduct testing and calibration to ensure equipment is functioning accurately.

10. Maintain inventory of spare parts and supplies, replenishing as needed.

11. Coordinate with external service providers for specialized repairs or maintenance, if required.

12. Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and service history.

13. Prepare reports, documentation, and updates on equipment status, issues, and resolutions.

14. Ensure compliance with documentation requirements and quality standards.

15. Adhere to safety guidelines, protocols, and regulations in all work activities.

16. Identify potential safety hazards and promptly report them to the appropriate personnel.

17. Follow established procedures and protocols to maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations.

18. Stay updated with technological advancements, industry trends, and best practices in the assigned area of expertise.

19. Seek opportunities for process improvement and provide recommendations for enhanced efficiency and productivity.

20.Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance technical skills and knowledge.

**Qualification**:

- High school diploma, SPMV, TVET or equivalent; technical certifications or vocational training in the relevant field are preferred.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) as a Technician in a similar role or industry.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of technical systems, equipment, and tools related to the assigned area of expertise.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs of mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and end-users.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing time and priorities effectively.
- Attention to detail, with a focus on quality and accuracy.

Familiarity with safety regulations and the ability to work in compliance with safety guidelines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
