**Responsibilities**:
- **Provide high-quality customer service**, including interacting with customers, answering customer inquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints to establish a good relationship with customers.
- **Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries** via various E-Commerce platforms, such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, and etc.
- **Collaborate with internal teams** to resolve escalated issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- **Ensure all customer inquiries, questions and complaints are resolved** in accordance with company processes and procedures.
- **Handle customer complaints and concerns **with empathy and professionalism, working towards positive solutions.
- **Identify and communicate feedback from customers **with the team for continuous improvement and solutions.
- **Maintaining the good response rate** for all the E-Commerce platforms.
- **Work closely with internal team** and clients to ensure the accuracy of backend setting such as pricing, product listings, campaign banners and collaterals, and inventory of products.
**Job Requirements**:
- Preferably 1-2 years of working experience in e-commerce industry.
- Experience in E-commerce marketplaces (Shopee/Lazada) is a strong plus.
- Required Language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficiency in **Mandarin** communication is highly advantageous.
- Good problem solving skills, initiative, attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility and positive working attitude.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
