**Supervisor Job Scope**:

- Create employees’ schedules to ensure efficient operations.
- Supervise and train staff to ensure they adhere to established standards of service and professionalism.
- Assist in execution of the strategic planning including outlet food costs control, stock take and stock ordering.
- Oversee daily cafe operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Manage cash registers and handle daily financial transactions accurately.
- Explain and promote products and offerings.
- Ensure that all customers receive prompt, friendly, and attentive service.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a courteous and professional manner.
- To brew coffee or tea and to serve the drinks to customers.
- Ensure every drink serves to customers are made with passion and have the highest quality standards by following the right SOP.
- Able to explain all Bask Bear Coffee products clearly to customers, and to promote/upsell the products at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Must be able to work on Flexible time, Weekends & Public Holiday.
- For Supervisor, at least 1 year of experienced as Team Lead or Crew Leader will be added advantage.
- Prior experience in a food and beverage environment with customer facing responsibilities is an added advantage.
- May work special events, as needed.
- Must be able to work overtime as needed.
