Job Description:
1.5.1 To ensure all activities are in compliance with the International Management

System Standards, i.e. ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.

1.5.2 To fully use PPE supplied by management

1.5.3 To maintain adequate standards of (5S) housekeeping in the work places.

1.5.4 To ensure the quality levels of the raw materials and products are as per

specification.

1.5.5 To maintain the confidentiality of formulations, design, and development

activities at all times.

1.5.6 To assist in performance test training and briefing for TB salespeople.

1.5.7 To provide customer technical support, when required.

1.5.8 To assist the QA/QC Manager and Senior Chemist with raw material, products

and process troubleshooting as well as customer complaints.

1.5.9 To generate work instructions, the company's standard operating procedure

(SOP) for Techbond Group.

1.5.10 To arrange with third party inspectors for necessary testing or calibration

services.

1.5.11 To generate non-conformance reports that are not according to specifications

and action plans for closeout.

1.5.12 To ensure that all tests and procedures are performed and evaluated in

accordance with SOP and validate any product modifications or new product

development.

1.5.13 Use relevant Statistical Process Control (SPC) techniques and tools to monitor

performance data on both raw materials and products against defined

parameters.

1.5.14 To contribute to the improvement and upgrading of internal procedures

based on implemented corrective actions.

1.5.15 To perform any other duties assigned by the management with full

accountability and responsibility from time to time.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
