IT Services Executive

**Responsibilities**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT Service Desk inquiries, assessing whether issues require administrative handling or technical escalation.
- Manage and prioritize IT Service Desk tickets and requests, ensuring proper categorization, routing to the correct technical teams, and timely follow-up.
- Assist in managing and tracking IT asset inventory (hardware, software licenses), ensuring accurate records, facilitating lifecycle management, and assisting with procurement processes.
- Assist with the IT aspects of employee onboarding and offboarding, including account creation/deletion requests and equipment allocation/retrieval.
- Provide first-line technical support for common IT issues, such as password resets, account unlocks, and basic network connectivity troubleshooting (e.g., checking Wi-Fi connection, restarting devices).
- Perform basic hardware diagnostics (e.g., checking cable connections, power issues) and escalate more complex hardware faults to senior technicians.
- Assist in the deployment and setup of standard IT equipment (e.g., desktop PCs, laptops, monitors) for new hires or replacements.
- Conduct basic printer troubleshooting and maintenance (e.g., paper jams, toner replacement).
- Generate regular reports on IT Service Desk performance metrics (e.g., ticket volume, resolution times for administrative tasks, user satisfaction).
- Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential issues related to administrative processes.
- Provide exceptional administrative support and customer service to all internal users, fostering a positive IT experience.
- Act as a liaison between users and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and expectations are set.
- Manage IT-related correspondence and organize department files.
- Schedule and coordinate IT team meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the Corporate IT Manager or Head of Department.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Information Technology (with an administrative interest), or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of combined administrative and basic IT support experience.
- Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools for ticket management is a significant advantage.
- Experience with Power BI and/or Phyton tools is an added advantage.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
