Support day-to-day IT operations, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Help monitor system performance and ensure smooth functioning of IT infrastructure.
- Collaborate with the IT team to enhance cybersecurity protocols and ensure data protection.
- Help create and maintain IT documentation, including user manuals and procedures.
- Stay updated on the latest IT trends and emerging technologies to propose new solutions.
- Digital Marketing Tasks
- Assist in any other ad-hoc task as required.

Pay: RM500.00 - RM800.00 per month
