Facilitate good communication among different level of staffs.To maintain proper filing system for all documentations.
- To handle with Housekeeping on staff uniform, ID, new joiners preparation, and staff ID.
- Prepare letters for rank and file new offer, confirmation, transfer, promotion, contract renewal and staff movement.
- Involve in recruiting sourcing & process - Job posting through online, filter and share with Human Resources Executive & HOD for approval to call up for interview and to conduct phone interview when required.
- Handling rank & file payroll related and processing, overtimes, attendance, annual leave, statutory payment remittance within required deadlines.
- Responsible to update employee database for payroll system in all changes/movement of employee data.
- To update manning (excel format) accordingly time to time.
- To submit monthly staff movement to Insurance and liaise for any claim etc.
- To handle & follow-up any claim related to SOCSO, EIS, EPF and staff insurance etc.
- To submit monthly payroll Journal Voucher to Finance department.
- Monitoring employee's probationary period, contract duration and renewal, confirmation date and issue Performance Evaluation Form.
- To prepare reports, memorandums etc. as assigned by the Human Resources Manager whilst ensuring the strictest levels of confidentiality at all times.
- To check and monitor part-time/casual workers salary accordingly for payment.
- To look for internship students - liaise with colleges, lecturers etc. Once hired and intern has completed their placement program, HR to issue certification of accomplishment for RM signature.
- Assisting staff inquiry, complaints and problem (work related).
- Conduct events such as birthday bash, orientation, open interview, admin meeting etc. by rotation with HR Executive.
- To monitor staff village and spot check twice a month, to ensure the cleanliness is well maintained.
- To monitor staff cafeteria, i.e. menu planning, quality and quantity of food prepared, staffing, hygiene, and cleanliness of the cafe.
- To handle sport club fund (if any), staff notice board, activities, etc.
- Any ad-hoc job assigned by HOD and management.
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
