Veterinary Surgeon

**Key Responsibilities**
- Examine and diagnose animals, both routine and emergency cases.
- Develop and implement diagnostic and treatment plans, including surgery, dentistry, and medical management.
- Perform surgical procedures, including soft tissue, spay/neuter, and orthopedic surgeries (as applicable).
- Provide clear and empathetic communication to clients regarding pet conditions, treatment options, and costs.
- Maintain accurate and complete medical records in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the veterinary team, including nurses and support staff, to provide the highest standard of care.
- Participate in case discussions, internal training, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Promote preventative care including vaccination, parasite control, and nutritional counseling.
- Follow all hospital protocols, health and safety guidelines, and legal regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent, recognized by the **Malaysian Veterinary Council**.
- Proven experience in small animal medicine and surgery (3 - 5 years preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and professional attitude towards patients and clients.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, or on-call duties (as required).

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
