Manager, Marketing Performance Puchong

**As a Marketing Performance Manager, you would: Responsibilities**:

- Develop and align with the markets the Marketing Metrics and KPI strategy incl. target settings.
- Manage and track all marketing data, create reports and define actionable measures to improve the MB business.
- Focal point in all strategic aspects of the Marketing Performance measurement and Insights creation process.
- Consulting and collaboration on Experience Center level between Marketing, Sales, CS and the Data streams.

**End to end campaign management from marketing performance point of view**:

- Execute Regional and market condition analysis: marketing and sales status, brand performance and competitive monitoring, to enable a basis understanding for the campaign and activity planning.
- Collect and steer the required information flow for campaign planning process o Govern the setup of campaign tracking to enable a standard performance measurement in respective dashboards and reports.
- With the help of the agency create regular campaign reports (during the run and post campaign) with insights and action plan how to improve the performance.
- Create regular management report with all business relevant Metrics and KPI´s.
- Consult and collaborate with the OS/M team on data strategy, Reporting landscape, KPIs, market demands, and further projects.
- Analyze best practices for Marketing Performance Reports about campaign and market effectiveness.
- Regular check of markets’ performances compared to their yearly targets and define action plan to improve marketing performance.
- Optimize marketing data quality in respective dashboards, provide and execute recommendation for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Good experience **(minimum 8+ years’ experience, digital marketing and campaign management experience with understanding of online sales, marketing strategy)**,
- Industry experience preferably in the Automotive industry.
- Experience in working in multi-platform environments, which require orchestration of data across different systems to enable marketing campaigns.
- Ability to translate local market business and technical requirements and provide optimization strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities/projects simultaneously while maintaining timelines and delivery plans.
- Knowledge of reporting and optimization proposals.
- Ability to elicit requirements and communicate clearly with non-technical individuals, development teams, and other additional project members

**Other Desired Qualifications**:

- Fluent in English (spoken and written) and exceptional faculty of expression.
- In depth knowledge and understanding of overall tech and online customer journey landscape incl. CMS, CRM and DMP, Media incl. Social.
- Deep strategic knowledge of Marketing Metrics and KPIs along the Customer journey (media, website, offline, etc.)
- Experience working with all PowerBI, Microsoft eXtollo, Google Analytics, Google Campaign Manager, Social campaign manager tools, etc.
- Experience in data-driven personalized 360’ customer marketing approach & journey development, ideally with automotive background.
- Data-driven analytical approach to marketing and problem solving combined with strategic business focus and vision.
- Strong Leadership experience working with many markets and different international stakeholders.

**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM8,800.00 per month
