1. Beverage Preparation & Presentation:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages including espressos, lattes, cappuccinos, and other specialty drinks according to Kosa Coffee’s recipes and standards.
- Ensure all beverages are presented attractively and delivered with correct temperature and consistency.

2. Customer Interaction & Service:

- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and engage with them to enhance their experience at Kosa Coffee.
- Provide personalized recommendations based on customer preferences and promote Kosa Coffee’s specialty drinks. o Handle customer complaints and special requests efficiently, escalating issues when necessary.

3. Equipment Operation & Maintenance:

- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee-making equipment properly to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure consistent beverage quality.

4. Store Cleanliness & Hygiene Compliance:

- Maintain cleanliness of the barista station, dining area, and workstations throughout the shift.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation standards.

5. Cash Handling & POS Operation:

- Process customer transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system. o Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments efficiently, ensuring accurate end-of-shift reconciliations.

6. Team Collaboration & Support:

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth store operations and assist during peak hours.
- Provide support to kitchen staff and other team members when needed, including restocking supplies and cleaning duties.

7. Inventory Monitoring & Stocking: o Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other ingredients, ensuring timely restocking.
- Assist in receiving and organizing deliveries to maintain proper stock levels and freshness of ingredients

Qualifications:

- Prior experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred.
- Passionate about coffee, with the ability to prepare high-quality beverages consistently.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Ability to multitask, work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and remain organized.
- Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to Kosa Coffee’s standards.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
