**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Duty Manager on general supervision of the Club operations.
- Maintaining an up-to-date information on all activities of the Club.
- Handling complaints and concerns in an efficient and timely manner.
- Coordinating and multi-tasking job duties in a busy environment.
