**Job Title: IT cum Simulator Technician**

**Job Purpose**

To provide technical support and maintenance for IT systems and flight simulators, ensuring seamless operation and functionality to meet training requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**

**IT Support**
- **System Maintenance**:

- Perform regular maintenance and updates for company IT hardware, software, and networks.
- Troubleshoot IT issues and resolve hardware and software problems.
- **Network Administration**:

- Monitor and maintain company networks, ensuring mínimal downtime.
- Implement security measures to safeguard systems against threats.
- **User Support**:

- Provide technical support to staff for IT-related issues.
- Assist in setting up workstations, accounts, and IT tools for employees.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Maintain records of IT hardware, software, and licenses.
- Recommend upgrades or replacements as needed.

**Simulator Support**
- **Operation & Maintenance**:

- Perform daily checks on simulators to ensure operational readiness.
- Troubleshoot and resolve simulator malfunctions promptly.
- **Calibration & Updates**:

- Conduct routine calibration and software updates to ensure simulators meet regulatory and training standards.
- Coordinate with external vendors or technicians for advanced maintenance tasks.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain logs for simulator usage, maintenance, and performance issues.
- Prepare reports on simulator reliability and recommend improvements.
- **Support for Training Sessions**:

- Assist instructors and trainees during simulator sessions to address any technical disruptions.
- Ensure simulators are configured and ready for scheduled training.

**Key Requirements**

**Education & Certifications**
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Certification in networking, IT support, or similar is a plus.

**Skills & Experience**
- 1 to 3 years of Proven experience in IT support and troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of flight simulator systems or willingness to undergo training.
- Familiarity with networking, hardware setup, and software troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.

**Other Requirements**
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings, as per training schedules.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
