- 2. Assesses inventory and requests resupply when necessary.
- 3. Ensuring daily operations is adhering to sanitation policies.
- 4. Monitor kitchen equipment and reports issues to the senior baker.
- 5. Disposals of spoiled items.
- 6. Continually develops culinary knowledge to produce high-quality meals.
- 7. Contribute ideas to innovate our menu or improve the way we serve in our store.
- 8. Quality Control - product is up to the standard
