**1. Public Relations & Media**
- Oversee the management of SW Group’s website and social media platforms to ensure consistent brand image and messaging
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers
- Oversee and manage media inquiries and requests for information, ensuring accurate and timely responses
- Plan and execute public relations campaigns to promote positive stories about SW Group
- Manage relationships with PR agencies (if applicable) to maximise media coverage
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all communication channels
- Oversee the development and maintenance of branding materials, including brochures, presentations, and other collateral
- Develop and maintain crisis communication plans to address potential reputational risks
- Act as a spokesperson during crises, providing clear and accurate information to the media and stakeholders

**2. Corporate Events**
- Manage SW Group’s participation in industry events, conferences, and awards recognition programs
- Develop and execute Stakeholder Engagement & Communication activities to enhance relationships with key stakeholders
- Communicate with stakeholders, addressing their concerns and providing information about the company's values and activities
- Implement community relations initiatives, sponsorships, and partnerships to support corporate social responsibility efforts

**3. Internal Communications**
- Oversee and manage the development and implementation of internal communication strategies to keep employees informed about company initiatives, values, and achievements

**Others**
- Monitor media coverage and industry trends to stay informed about public perception

Collaborate with Legal and Senior Leadership to manage crisis communication effectively

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
