Key Responsibilities of a Facility Technician:

- **Maintenance and Repair**:Repairing broken devices, fixing minor plumbing and electrical issues, and addressing structural problems.
- **System Maintenance**:Maintaining and troubleshooting heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, electrical systems, and other facility equipment.
- **Preventative Maintenance**:Implementing regular maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns and extend the lifespan of equipment.
- **Safety**:Ensuring the safety of building occupants and visitors, addressing safety hazards, and maintaining emergency systems.
- **Monitoring Operations**:Tracking facility systems and equipment performance to identify potential issues and ensure optimal functionality.
- **Documentation**:Maintaining records of repairs, maintenance, and inspections.

Skills Required:

- **Technical Skills**: Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.
- **Communication**: Clear communication with colleagues, management, and facility occupants.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
