**Location**:
Iskandar Puteri - Eco Botanic

**Working Hours**:
9:00AM - 6:00PM / 10:00AM - 7:00PM
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and other digital channels.
- Identify target audiences and select appropriate media channels to achieve campaign objectives.
- Conduct audience research and identify target segments to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Negotiate rates and contracts with media vendors to ensure cost efficiency and maximum value.
- Set up, monitor, and optimize ad campaigns to meet performance KPIs.
- Manage budgets effectively and allocate spend strategically across channels.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all media placements.
- Track and analyze campaign data using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
- Analyze data, prepare reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
- Stay updated on media trends, audience behavior, and competitor strategies within the health and wellness industry.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-converting ad creatives and video content.
- Stay updated on digital advertising trends, platform policies, and algorithm changes.
- Manage advertising budgets and ensure effective spend allocation.
- Coordinate with external partners, media agencies, and influencers when applicable.
- Create and test ad variations (copy, visuals, landing pages) to improve performance and reduce cost per acquisition.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Media Buyer or Performance Marketer.
- Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with marketing and creative teams.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in media buying or digital marketing (experience in health, wellness, or consumer brands preferred).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
