**QA Executive - Based in Prai, Penang**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the full production process, from raw material intake to finished goods.
- Manage production planning, scheduling, and execution to meet delivery timelines.
- Lead and develop production teams to meet productivity, efficiency, and safety goals.
- Ensure machinery and processes comply with safety and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with QA, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams for seamless operations.
- Maintain accurate production records, analyze KPIs, and report performance to the Managing Director.
- Drive cost-saving strategies and optimize use of materials and manpower.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree or Diploma in Food Technology, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in food manufacturing production.
- Experience in the food industry or similar sectors is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and production line management.
- Proven leadership in managing frontline operators and supervisors.
- Strong planning, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Preferred ethnicity: Chinese / Malay.

**Working Conditions & Benefits**:

- Work Schedule: 5.5 days/week (Monday to Friday full day, Saturday half day)
- Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30 AM - 5:40 PM; Saturday 8:30 AM - 12:40 PM
- Salary: RM 4,000 - RM 6,000
- Additional Pay: Performance Bonus, Attendance Allowance, Yearly Bonus, Incentives
- Contributions: EPF, SOCSO, EIS
- Benefits: Health insurance, Maternity leave, Promotion & Training opportunities
