**Job Purpose**

The Marketing Assistant supports marketing efforts by coordinating campaigns, managing social media account and collaborating with the operations team to enhance clinic visibility and patient engagement.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Manage and update the clinic's social media platforms and website.
- Design poster, bunting, banner, fyers and other material using canva at basic level.
- Coordinate events, health talks, and community outreach programs.
- Conduct market survey.
- Prepare reporting on marketing activities.
- Liaise with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities and events.
- Engage in maintaining customer relationship.

**Required Qualifications**
- Education - Minimum SPM qualification.
- Experience - 2 years of experience in content creation.
- Knowledge - Proficient in social media management and basic graphic design.
- Skills - Good communication skills.
- Affect - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, appropriate for representing the clinic in public-facing roles.

**Preferred Qualification**
- Previous experience in healthcare.

**Working Condition**
- Standard office hours (Monday - Friday 8.30am-5.30pm), with some flexibility required for event coordination.
- Office-based with occasional travel for events or community outreach.

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
