**About the role**

We are seeking a talented Junior Account Executive to join our dynamic team at INTIGA SDN BHD. As a junior member of our Accounting department, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients with their bookkeeping and accounting needs. This is a full-time position based in our Kuala Lumpur office.

**What you'll be doing**
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records for our clients
- Preparing financial reports, statements, and other documents
- Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Reconciling bank statements and general ledger accounts
- Providing administrative support to the Accounting team as needed
- Collaborating with clients to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial information

**What we're looking for**
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices
- Proficiency in using accounting software such as **SQL**:

- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a small practice, accounting firm or construction company
