**Responsibilities**:

- Perform incoming inspection of components and materials to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Conduct in-process and final inspections of optical modules for quality and functionality.
- Record and report inspection results, defects, and non-conformances accurately.
- Assist in root cause analysis and implement corrective actions under QA Engineer or QA Manager guidance.
- Operate and maintain testing equipment and inspection tools.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, ISO standards, and customer requirements.
- Support internal audits and quality improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address quality issues.
- Monitor and document product performance and quality metrics.
- Participate in training programs to stay updated on quality processes and techniques.

**Job Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in quality control, preferably in optical modules, semiconductors, or electronics manufacturing. Fresh graduates with relevant internship or laboratory experience are welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding of optical module components, assembly, and testing procedures.
- Familiarity with quality tools, inspection methods, and documentation practices.
- Good attention to detail and ability to identify defects accurately.
- Ability to operate and maintain inspection and testing equipment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Basic problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
- Knowledge of ISO standards or experience in a controlled manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, as well as problem-solving abilities; basic listening and speaking skills in Mandarin are required.
