**Personal Driver Duties**:

- **Transporting the Employer/Executive**: Safely drive the employer, family members, or designated individuals to various locations, such as meetings, events, appointments, or personal engagements.
- **Maintaining the Vehicle**: Ensure the personal vehicle is well-maintained, clean, and in good working order. Regularly perform checks for oil, tire pressure, fuel levels, and other basic car maintenance.
- **Time Management**: Ensure timely arrival at destinations, factoring in traffic and weather conditions. Maintain flexibility with scheduling as per the employer’s needs.
- **Confidentiality**: Maintain discretion and confidentiality when handling personal matters and traveling with the employer.
- **Assisting with Errands**: Run personal errands for the employer (e.g., picking up groceries, delivering packages, etc.).

**Company Driver Duties**:

- **Transporting Employees**: Drive company staff or clients to business-related destinations such as meetings, conferences, and events.
- **Delivery and Pickup**: Safely transport company documents, products, or materials to various locations. Ensure packages are delivered on time and in proper condition.
- **Maintaining Company Vehicles**: Regularly inspect company vehicles for cleanliness, maintenance, and any necessary repairs. Ensure they are fueled and ready for use.
- **Adhering to Schedules**: Ensure timely transportation for employees or clients according to a predetermined schedule, ensuring efficient travel routes.
- **Compliance with Traffic Laws**: Follow all traffic laws and company policies related to transportation and driving.

**General Responsibilities**:

- **Emergency Readiness**: Be prepared to respond to emergencies or last-minute schedule changes, including driving at odd hours if necessary.
- **Record-Keeping**: Maintain a log of driving hours, destinations, mileage, and vehicle maintenance.
- **Safe Driving Practices**: Follow all road safety rules, and keep the safety of passengers as a top priority at all times.
- **Professional Behavior**: Display professionalism and a courteous attitude toward passengers, colleagues, and others.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- On call
