Admin Accounts Executive

**Responsibilities**:
1. Fully in charge of the company accounting day to day, tax, statutory and various
administrative related dutie & transactions.
2. Generating timely monthly reports.
3. Prepare monthly financial reports and cash flow report and other related reports as and when required.
4. Supervision and close monitoring of credit control and collections.
5. Handling HR function such as payroll, EPF, Socso, PCB, etc.
6. Able to work independently, positive attitude and with minimum supervision.
7. Update timely the complete accounting functions of the company including AP, AR, Journal, GL, etc..
8. Due to the nature of this job function, it is expected that the employed candditate
will spend about half of her time on Accounts and Admin respectively.
9. Any other reasonable duties per company requirements.
**Job Requirements**:
1. Abilities to read and write in Mandarin would be desirable as the Company will need to liaise with suppliers in China frequently. Business liaisons and transactions are required to be in English most of the time while Bahasa Malaysia is required for
dealing with government agencies. Hence some satisfactory ability to read and write
in English and Bahasa Malaysia would be required.
Duploma in Finance / Accountancy / Banking or Business Studies or equivalent.
3. Required languages : English, Bahasa Malaysia and **Mandarin (preference)**.
4. Able to work independently with minimum supervision and to meet datelines.
5. At least 2 years of working experience in related field is required and experience in
handling full sets of accounts is required.
6. Other requried skills : Microsoft Office, SQL, or other accounting software is required
to proper functioning of duties. The Company is currently using SQL.
7. In occasional situations, the employee is expected to work beyong 6 pm due to work
exigencies.
