**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and enforce workplace health and safety policies at the project site.
- Conduct daily site inspections and identify potential hazards.
- Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health (OSHA) regulations and other statutory requirements.
- Organise and lead safety briefings, toolbox meetings, and training sessions.
- Investigate and report all incidents, accidents, and near-misses.
- Maintain accurate safety documentation, records, and reports.
- Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure safe work practices.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Certificate in Occupational Safety & Health or related field (Green Book holder preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in construction or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations, procedures, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Physically fit to work at construction sites.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
