Role: Enterprise Architect/ Soluton Architect

**Job Description**:
1.Design solution architecture with clear specifications and design parameters which will enhance the capability of OTT & Media technology stack.
2.Own and optimise the technology stack for OTT & Media initiatives.
3.Drive the technical design and implementation of solution, using modern and open-source technologies in a cloud environment.
4.Ensure on-time and high-quality delivery of solutions via the OTT & Media technology team of engineers.
5.Ability to provide cost effective, secure, and scalable solution which is operationally efficient and
6.Research, evaluate and formally recommend third party software and technology package.
8.Create, own and maintain the OTT & Media Technologies Architectural Artifacts (building blocks, models, governance, architecture, and unified roadmaps, etc.).
9.Lead design and implementation of OTT & Media architecture solutions, testing to qualify and validate technologies and features.
10.Collaborate on the creation and maintenance of the enterprise business capability model.
11.Evaluate how security impacts the design & development process of various solutions.
12.Validate new service designs and architecture to assure compliance with Astro’s OTT & Media solution designs to include standardisation, redundancy, availability, scalability, security, and manageability.
14.Learn innovative technology concepts swiftly and comprehensively.
15.Communicate often with the business units and explain the value of technical architectures, solutions, and strategies.
17.Define, review and revise media platform tech architecture and design best practises to create appropriate technology blueprint.
18.Collaborate on defining future state architectures and develop gap plans.

Skillset Requirement (if not mentioned in JD):
1.At least 8 years of experience in creating clear, concise documentation for a multi-tier architectural model and to discuss technical matters effectively with business end users.
2.At least 3 years of experience in working as an enterprise or solution architect designing and implementing large-scale systems and databases.
3.Reasonable knowledge of Internet & Broadcast video streaming/distribution solutions or OTT network environments
4.Experience and proven architecting/operating solutions built on AWS.
6.Familiar with Serverless approaches and Serverless Application Model (SAM)
7.Fluency in at least 2 object-oriented language, preferably NodeJS and python; familiarity with functional languages as well.
8.Proficient in Relational and Non-relational database
9.Understanding of cloud offerings in the market and ability to explain relevancy of cloud architectures.
10.Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
